Shipping policy

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated on a per order basis based and determined by the shipping option selected and the weight of the item(s). Sparkling Earth offer many ways to ship your item but if you need it within a certain amount of time, you may want to upgrade to expedited shipping option to ensure it arrives on time.

Shipping Timing and Handling:
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, with exception of the weekends and holidays.  Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, will be shipped out the following Monday.

Delivery Timeframes:
During checkout, the product's estimated arrival date will appear on the product page. Entering your destination ZIP code can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Sparkling Earth cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by USPS or other carrier.

Shipping Delays:
Unfortunately, severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally cause shipping delays.   Sparkling Earth does our best to ship packages out quickly but cannot control such items.

Shipping Address:
Please provide your full and complete address, along with any business name if applicable, unit or apartment number.  Sparkling Earth is not responsible for packages that are shipped to the wrong address due to inaccurate information provided.

Shipment Tracking:
You will receive an email from Sparkling Earth Headwear & Accessories once your order has shipped.  This email will include the tracking information for the carrier selected.

Missing or Lost Packages:
Sparkling Earth Headwear & Accessories care a great deal about your satisfaction.  Most items shipped with economy shipping will be delivered by the USPS.  Most times carriers leave packages at the front desk, with a neighbor, inside your mailbox or at your front door.  Please check these places first but if it still has not arrived please contact Sparkling Earth for assistance.

Sparkling Earth strives to provide the best customer service however we regret that we cannot be responsible if a carrier leaves a package at your door which is later missing or if we are provided incorrect address information.  To avoid the potential of a package being lost or stolen, please consider having it shipped to place of business or alternate address that is more secure.

International Shipping:
Sparkling Earth Headwear & Accessories ships internationally using UPS, FedEx or DHL. International orders and shipments do not include any duty, taxes and custom requirements incurred and required by your respective countries.

PO Boxes:
USPS will deliver to a PO Box, however other carriers will not.  Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sparkling Earth Headwear & Accessories.  Product(s) purchased at www.sparklingearth.com may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, so long as the product(s) is in the original condition, with the original tags attached.  Please contact our office if you have any questions.
