Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
If you would like to return your item, you may do so within 30 days of your original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return your items must be new, unworn, and unused with the tags attached. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will issue you a refund for the original cost of the item(s), excluding the original shipping charges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
CUSTOMIZED HEADWEAR:
Products that contain patches or bling cannot be cancelled or returned.
SCREENPRINTED ITEMS:
Customized screenprint orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production. After a proof is approved and production begins, these items are non-refundable / non returnable due to their personalized nature.
If your order has not yet entered production, cancellation may be possible, but a restocking fee could apply.
FACE MASKS:
Tri-Danna face masks cannot be returned after purchase due to hygienic reasons.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (less the original shipping costs) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
