We use 100% natural, breathable, comfortable cotton. Products are crafted with care in the USA. Designs are screen printed on flat fabric prior to being sewn ensuring the highest quality imprint. We’ve been producing awesome screen-printed products since 1991.
We have a wide variety of products (skull caps and medical caps for starters) that can be customized with your logo or design. The possibilities are endless!
While we’d love to fulfill orders of all sizes, we require a minimum of 144 pieces for screen printing per style.
How soon can I get my customized products?
Our production time for screen printing is typically 3 to 4 weeks but if you need it sooner contact us to learn more about our expedited service
How does screen printing work?
- Digital Proof Creation: Our in-house designers review your order and create a digital proof for your approval.
- Approval & Screen Setup: Once approved, we create individual screens for each color and prepare them for printing.
- Flat Fabric Printing: Designs are screen-printed on flat fabric for superior image quality and precision.
- Flash Drying Between Colors: Each layer is flash dried to keep your design crisp and prevent color bleeding.
- Final Assembly: After printing, we carefully sew it into the finished product.
