We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sparkling EARTH Headwear & Accessories. Item(s) purchased at www.sparklingearth.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure item(s) are new, unused, and unwashed with original tags attached. Face Masks are not returnable, due to hygienic reasons.

Please note:

• Return Shipping Costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Once the item(s) is received and processed, Sparkling EARTH will issue a refund for the original cost of the item minus original shipping costs.

CUSTOMIZED HEADWEAR:
Products that contain patches or bling cannot be cancelled or returned.

SCREENPRINTED ITEMS:
Customized screenprint orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production. After a proof is approved and production begins, these items are non-refundable / non returnable due to their personalized nature.

If your order has not yet entered production, cancellation may be possible, but a restocking fee could apply.

FACE MASKS:
Tri-Danna face masks cannot be returned after purchase due to hygienic reasons.
