We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sparkling EARTH Headwear & Accessories. Product(s) purchased at www.sparklingearth.com may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Once your item(s) has been received in the original, unwashed condition, with the original tags attached, you will receive a full refund. Sparkling EARTH will provide a free return shipping label on orders over $75 only. Please contact our office for a return label or if you have question of any kind.

CUSTOMIZED HEADWEAR:
Products that contain patches or bling cannot be cancelled or returned after a purchase is made if the production of the item has begun. In regards to customized screen print headwear orders, Sparkling EARTH cannot cancel orders or return products once an item is in production. If the item is in not in production, there may be a restocking fee.

FACE MASKS:
Tri-Danna face masks cannot be returned after purchase due to hygenic reasons.
