While we sell "off-the-rack" items, our claim to fame is our custom screen printing. Here's how it works:

Step 1: You give us a design and select a fabric. There are two ways to do this:

• Submit your design with vector artwork.
• Work with our artist to create a design.

Step 2: Our in-house designers create a mockup and send you a digital illustration for approval.

Step 3: We separate each color into a screen and prepare your design for printing.

Step 4: Each piece of fabric gets "inked up" with your color(s).

Step 5: We dry the finished product at 340oF for 25 seconds on conveyor dryers.

Step 6: We sew everything together per your specifications.

Step 7: We ship your order. (You’re sent a tracking number, guaranteed delivery date, and email confirmation.)

Step 8: Your one-of-kind headwear arrives.

Step 9: You love it and post nice things about us on Yelp, Facebook, and Google – or shout it from your rooftop!

Why are our products such good quality?

• We cut the fabric, print your logo/image on it, then sew it together. This ensures images are on flat pieces of fabric and won't "warp" when connected to other sections.
• We use 100% cotton fabric that is breathable, washable, and durable.

• We flash-dry individual screens to prevent color bleeding, ensure crisp image quality, and prevent your design from cracking, fading, peeling, or washing off.
• We never let a product leave our facility without being examined by an expert screen print artist.
